China Glass (03300) commissioned building materials international engineering to establish a new high-grade automotive glass production line

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Glass (03300) announced that on October 25, 2019, the indirectly non wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Shaanxi China Glass, signed a Shaanxi engineering contract with Building Materials International Engineering Group. Shaanxi China Glass commissioned Building Materials International Engineering Group to design, purchase, and install the cold repair and renovation of Shaanxi China Glass's float glass production line.
According to the Shaanxi engineering contract, the contract price for the design and planning of cold repair and renovation projects is RMB 1.98 million, and the contract price for the procurement and installation of systems, equipment, and materials for the cold repair and renovation projects is RMB 89 million.
On October 25, 2019, the indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Jiangsu Suhuada, signed a Jiangsu engineering contract with Building Materials International Engineering Group. Jiangsu Suhuada commissioned Building Materials International Engineering Group to purchase and install equipment and materials for the establishment of a new high-end automotive glass production line in Jiangsu Suhuada.
According to the Jiangsu engineering contract, the contract price for the procurement and installation of equipment and materials for the establishment of a new high-end automotive glass production line is RMB 286 million.
In addition, on October 25, 2019, China Glass Investment and Huaguang Group signed a China Glass Procurement Framework Agreement, in which China Glass Investment hired Huaguang Group to purchase raw and combustible materials for the group's glass product manufacturing.
The annual upper limits of the China Glass Procurement Framework Agreement in 2020, 2021, and 2022 are RMB 890 million, RMB 900 million, and RMB 980 million, respectively.
